Delete your account

You can delete your ConQUIZtador account yourself at any time. Sign in and open Settings → Delete account — in the mobile app or on the website.

What deletion does

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile, game history, XP, cosmetics and notifications are removed and cannot be restored.

A minimal record required for legal and anti-abuse purposes — proof that you accepted our terms, and sanction data if your account was banned — is kept for up to 2 years to prevent sanction evasion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email [email protected] and we'll help you delete it.
